Extreme Combustion S.R.L. performs fluid-dynamic and in particular combustion simulations in the thermal mapping of ovens and burners. The purpose of the numerical simulation (CFD) within the ovens is to provide reliable predictions of thermo-fluid dynamics and thermo-chemistry processes, components and systems design and performance analysis, performance and behavior during the operative and transient phase (on and off).

Simulations are carried out with the help of CFD opensource software that allows a good resolution of the field of motion and chemical phenomena.
Two different types of analysis are possible:
Thermo-fluid dynamics analysis for the characterization of flows at to improve the kiln performance at the design stage;
Thermo-chemical analysis to verify the chemical production and distribution of the chemical in the foreseeable stage such as the formation of NOx, CO and products of combustion in general.
